Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the iRisePro platform and the Success Scan program operated by IRISEPRO INTERNATIONAL EDTECH AND CAREER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("iRisePro", "we", "us", "our"). iRisePro is an education and personal-development service that evaluates and strengthens a learner's success abilities — it is not an exam, tuition, medical, diagnostic, or healthcare service. By enrolling or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Stream Continuity Policy.
1. About the Service
iRisePro provides a scientific assessment of a learner's success abilities (the AACE64™ Success Scan), All-India benchmarking, a personalised report, and guidance to strengthen those abilities. All measurements, scores, benchmarks and recommendations are based on iRisePro's proprietary AACE64 framework and methodology.
2. Eligibility & Enrolment
- Where the participant is a minor, enrolment and payment are made by a parent or lawful guardian on the child's behalf.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Parental Consent for Children
Where the participant is under 18, a separate, verifiable parent/guardian consent is required before the Success Scan begins (see Privacy Policy → Children's Data). The Scan will not proceed without it.
4. Program Schedule & Weekly Faceoffs
Programs run on a rolling basis with two firm deadlines: complete onboarding (where you choose your challenge mode) within 7 days of enrolment, then complete your program within your chosen mode's window, counted from onboarding (₹4,999: an 8-day or 25-day mode; ₹1,999 & ₹999: a 3-day mode, or the scheduled Weekly Face-Off). The responsibility to complete on time is yours — we do not grant automatic extensions. The Weekly Faceoffs run on a fixed weekly schedule; to take part you must be onboarded and ready at least 72 hours before your Face-Off, and you get one chance. See the Refund & Stream Continuity Policy below for full details, and please read it before you pay.
5. Fees & Payments
- Fees are listed in INR and are payable in full at enrolment.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay); we do not store your card details.
- Fees are non-refundable, as set out in the Refund & Stream Continuity Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
- The AACE64 framework, reports, materials, templates, logos and platform content are the intellectual property of iRisePro or its licensors.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Reproduction, redistribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, abusive, defamatory or offensive conduct toward other users, mentors or staff.
- No sharing of login credentials and no impersonation.
- No attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
8. Outcomes & Disclaimers
iRisePro evaluates and strengthens success abilities; individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. “Success Doctor” and similar terms are brand expressions, not claims of medical or clinical service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iRisePro's total liability arising out of or relating to a program is limited to the fees you paid for that program.
10. Grievances & Governing Law
For any grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at service@irisepro.in. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data iRisePro collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Because our participants are often children, we apply heightened protections to their data.
1. Who We Are
IRISEPRO INTERNATIONAL EDTECH AND CAREER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at service@irisepro.in or +91 86602 56342.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact details: the parent/guardian's and participant's name, email, phone number, and date of birth.
- Assessment data: the participant's responses to the Success Scan and the resulting scores, report and benchmarking.
- Payment data: processed by our payment gateway — we do not store card or bank details.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage, used to run and secure the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver the Success Scan, generate the report and benchmarking, and provide mentoring.
- To process enrolment and payments and to provide support.
- To secure the platform, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
- We do NOT use a child's data for advertising, behavioural tracking, or targeted advertising.
4. Children's Data (DPDPA §9)
- For participants under 18, we process personal data on the basis of verifiable parental/guardian consent, obtained before the Success Scan begins.
- We do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children.
- Processing a child's data will never be used in a way that is detrimental to the child's wellbeing.
- A parent/guardian may withdraw consent at any time by writing to service@irisepro.in; we then stop further processing for that purpose.
5. Lawful Basis
We rely on your consent (and verifiable parental consent for minors), on the necessity of providing the service you purchased, and on compliance with applicable law.
6. Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only with processors who help us run the service under contract — for example, our payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay), cloud infrastructure (e.g., Amazon Web Services), and communication tools. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. Proof-of-consent and transaction records are retained for the longer of 8 years or until the participant turns 21; assessment data is deleted earlier once it is no longer required.
8. Security
We protect data with encryption of sensitive fields, access controls, and tamper-evident, append-only consent records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the authorities of a breach as required by law.
9. Your Rights (DPDPA)
- Access information about the personal data we process about you.
- Seek correction or erasure of your personal data.
- Raise a grievance and have it addressed.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

We use minimal cookies for security and core functionality. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings.
12. Updates to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version's date is shown at the top of this page (last updated 2 July 2026).
Refund & Stream Continuity Policy
At iRisePro, timely completion is part of the discipline we build. On enrolment you receive a fixed, time-bound window to complete your program — the responsibility to complete it on time rests with you, and we send you timely reminders so you don't miss it. Because your evaluation is committed to you on enrolment, fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a program, you agree to this Refund & Stream Continuity Policy.
1. Your Two Deadlines
On enrolment you receive a fixed, two-part window. First, complete your quick onboarding — where you choose your challenge mode — within 7 days of enrolment. Then, complete your program within your chosen mode's window, counted from the moment you finish onboarding. There is no fixed cohort date, but both deadlines are firm: the responsibility to complete on time is yours. We send timely reminders by email (and WhatsApp) so you don't miss either.
2. Program Modes & Weekly Faceoffs
At onboarding you choose the mode that sets your completion window (counted from onboarding). The ₹4,999 Ultimate Asli Champion 64 (21-task) offers an 8-Day Rapid-Fire mode or a 25-Day Relaxed mode. The ₹1,999 and ₹999 programs (7-task) offer a 3-Day Self-Paced mode, a 90-Minute Self-Proctored session (to be taken within 3 days of onboarding), or the Weekly Face-Off — a proctored, simulated all-India exam-hall session. For the Weekly Face-Off you get one chance: you must complete onboarding and be ready at least 72 hours before your Face-Off; if you miss it, you must write to us to be considered for a next available window. Face-Off dates and the 72-hour cut-off are firm.
3. Deadlines & Expiry
Two deadlines apply: (1) complete onboarding within 7 days of enrolment; and (2) complete your program within your chosen mode's window, counted from onboarding. If you miss either, your enrolment expires: the test is locked, you are no longer eligible to take it, and a fresh enrolment (a new payment) is required to participate again. We do not grant automatic extensions or relaxed timelines. If you missed a deadline owing to a genuine, unforeseen emergency, you may raise a grievance by writing to service@irisepro.in; such requests are considered on a case-by-case basis only, entirely at iRisePro's discretion, and are not a right. Expired enrolments are not refundable.
4. No Refunds
There will be no refund of any sort under any circumstances. Once you enrol, iRisePro will not provide any refund, automatic extension, adjustment, or alternate accommodation — your evaluation is committed to you on enrolment and the onus to complete within your window rests with you. Missing your completion window, or a Weekly Face-Off, does not entitle you to any refund, extension, or repeat; any grievance is handled by email on a case-by-case basis at iRisePro's sole discretion.
